JEWISH KINDERGARTEN
Our kindergarten works for children aged 3-5 years four times per a week: from Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. Children with developmental disorders can also be enrolled in the group based on the decision of the psychological, medical and pedagogical Commission and if there are conditions corresponding to the diagnosis.
The number of children in one group does not exceed12 kids, which allows for an individual approach to each child. At the same time, being attentive to the needs of children, we do not surround them with hyperprotection. Our goal is to prepare children for further successful studying at school, develop thinking and communication skills. The children are provided by an interesting and rich program, including:
- exercises for speech development;
- fascinating math;
- drawing, modeling, and application;
- learning Hebrew with a native speaker (optional);
- learning English;
- master classes dedicated to Jewish holidays;
- game therapy;
- art therapy;
- salt cave.
Children are taught by experienced teachers, representing two educational systems – traditional program “Istoki”, as it is used at every kindergarten in Russia, and another one, based on the Waldorf system. Children are engaged in the educational process with pleasure, without being bored. The combination of two methodological approaches shows excellent results. After a year of classes, the child has a high level of thinking, developed speech and is fully ready for school.
